The following steps are about how to change tool of  Plastic Pallet Welding Machine

1. Pallet tool

2. Cold tool switching mode

  1. The upper tool move down, close the tool with the lower tool, and remove the fixing screws of the upper tool and slide table
  2. Move the slide table to one side, remove the lower tool screw, unload the upper and lower tool
  3. Move the slide table to the other side, remove the lower tool screw and unload the single lower tool
  4. load another upper and lower tools, lower tool fixing the screws.
  5. move to another side, upper tool move down, lock the screws with the slide table
  6. load single lower tool, lock the fixed screws, and change tool is finished
