Machine Delivery Inspection

Delivery readiness

Machine Delivery Inspection

Before a hot plate welding system leaves our factory, we verify acceptance status, packaging protection, shipment documentation and installation readiness. The goal is a controlled handover with fewer surprises at your production site.

What we verify before shipment

Delivery approval is not a single visual check. It combines equipment acceptance, package completeness, logistics control and preparation for commissioning at the customer’s plant.

Machine acceptanceSpecified functions, quality requirements and open items are reviewed before release.
Packaging protectionThe packing method, tools and materials are prepared for the selected transport route.
Documents & sparesTechnical files, shipping papers, spare parts and final components are checked for completeness.
Site readinessDelivery timing, installation responsibilities and debugging support are aligned in advance.

Release workflow

Four checks before shipment release

Each group closes a different delivery risk—from machine readiness and transport protection to documentation and installation support.

01

Acceptance readiness

  • Confirm pre-acceptance against the agreed technical requirements.
  • Close outstanding issues and record customer approval where required.
  • Complete every applicable item on the shipment release checklist.
02

Packaging & completeness

  • Validate the packaging solution for the machine and transport route.
  • Prepare packaging tools and protective materials to the approved plan.
  • Pack spare parts, tooling and final components for a complete handover.
03

Logistics & documents

  • Confirm the delivery plan, destination, carrier and transport method.
  • Prepare technical, customs, insurance and shipment documentation.
  • Share the delivery schedule and relevant information with the customer.
04

Site readiness & handover

  • Agree the installation and debugging plan for the customer’s plant.
  • Confirm qualified personnel and site responsibilities before arrival.
  • Monitor delivery timing and packaging condition through handover.

A documented handover protects production ramp-up

Clear acceptance records, packing details, shipment documents and installation responsibilities help the customer prepare utilities, space, personnel and production materials before the equipment arrives.
